cause my muscles need protein to grow.
so not enough sleep = not enough energy
not enough energy = damn easily tired tmr

i havent done my project
i havent done my tutorials that are needed on monday.
i havent studied for stupid bstats test.
i havent gone shopping gf.
i havent gone out with AFC, joyce gabby laimeng.
i havent printed my notes.

omg! i havent done a lot of stuff.
i seriously need better time management.
hur. maybe BMGT will come into handy. lol.

and sadly, i still cant row straight. i seriously need to bang myself. hahah!
